Lonza is the global leader in the production and support of active pharmaceutical ingredients both chemically as well as biotechnologically.

One of the specialties of Lonza is Endotoxin Detection Testing. This is a process that tests the purity of the water used in liquid medicinal drug production. Lonza have developed an electronic detection device that replaces the laborious and environmentally unfriendly methodology. The blood of the endangered Horseshoe Crab was needed to assist in detecting impurities in the samples.

The Brief .....

Lonza wanted a way of helping the salesforce to explain and demonstrate the benefits of the PyroSense testing equipment. Also finding a way that the information could be viewed and shared with others and keep on selling long after the salesman had gone.

Lonza required our video production services to create an interactive multimedia DVD, complimented by the same content loaded and locked down onto branded memory sticks, promoting Lonzas' Corporate Identity.

The outcome ........

By consultation with Lonza personnel an agreed format for the interaction was developed. Thereby allowing the user to select and interact with the media as desired.

Some video content already existed, but more was needed. So after the scripts had been written and approved additional HD video was shot on location. This was then edited and inserted in the newly designed format including animated content and a professional voice over guiding the user through the various sections and explaining the features and benefits along the way.
